About Us

The SPRING LAKE PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC. and the SPRING LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT are two separate entities, and newcomers should be informed of the jurisdiction of each.

 

SPRING LAKE PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC.

 

1. Office located at 6226 US Highway 98. Office hours are from 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M.,

Monday through Thursday on Friday 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.

2. Has the authority to enforce the Deeds of Restrictions in your area. Refer to your Village Deed

of Restrictions.

3. Residents automatically become members of this association and pay annual dues that are

currently $50.00 if paid by January 31 st . A late charge of $25.00, plus .0075% interest per

month, per lot, if not paid by January 31 st .

4. Annual election to elect officers and directors.

 

SPRING LAKE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

 

1. The office is located at 115 Spring Lake Boulevard and is open from 8:00 A.M. until 4:30 P.M.,

Monday through Friday.

2. Controls all the water supplies in Spring Lake. Call them if you should have problems with

your drinking water.

3. They control all recreation areas: Community Center, Tennis Courts, Parks, etc.

4. Water bills include water use, street lights and mosquito control.

5. Owner’s vacant lot mowing bills are now billed as non-ad valorem tax on your annual county

tax statement.

6. Provides gate code for Arbuckle Creek Park.
