This year, Spring Lake Property Association will have a special Christmas tree in the office for residents of St. Camillus Post-Acute Care Center (formerly Kenilworth Nursing Facility). Stop by the mid part of November to pick a name with their requests. Let’s make their Christmas special!

Below are some great pictures taken by Angelo Russo, during the festival. Enjoy!

** Kudo’s to all of our volunteers, vendors, donors and exhibitors for helping make Spring Lake’s 50th Anniversary Festival such a HUGH success! **

Lastly, a special “shout out” to Phil Gentry, for his diligence on making this such a memorable event!

Who We Are

The Association was renamed from Spring Lake Homeowners Association to Spring Lake Property Association, Inc., in 1971. The purpose of the Association is to enforce the Deed of Restrictions for each village. This includes approval of plans, specifications and location of new homes and making sure properties are well maintained, etc. We also work on behalf of the property owners to fight undesirable zoning changes and other things that could affect the quality of life in the Spring Lake area.
